On 21 September 2011, Aleksander Lesz was elected as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Software Mind SA for a new, three year term. Mr. Lesz is a founder of a listed IT company Softbank SA, and is currently Chairman of the investment fund GNA SA (Global Network Application SA).

Aleksander Lesz is a graduate of the Finance and Accounting School of Economics, and Organization and Management Faculty of Warsaw University. He took his first job in 1966, as a designer - developer. In 1974, he became the head of the computing centre at a chemical company. Since that time, he did not part with leadership positions. In 1980 he started work at the Pekao SA bank, where he was director of the IT department. In 1989, he founded Softbank - the first private company in the market, which dealt with a professional supply and support of banking systems in Poland. In March 2004, he withdrew from the management of the company. He is the founder of Radio PIN, a nationwide monthly magazine BANK and an investment advisory company Expander. He is currently chairman of the investment fund GNA S.A. (Global Network Application SA).
