Billbird S.A., a Polish leader in the provision of innovative in the area of payment settlement methods, works on the new, 6th version of the Software Mind PaymentOperations system.
|
Billbird has been working with the Software Mind PaymentOperations system since 2004 and it is a key system in the company. At present the solution supports the functioning of the following: call center, debt collection department, financial control department, Back Office and complaint department.
The purpose of the deployment of the new system version is to enhance work ergonomics. The system has been extended with new functionalities to handle the company’s subsequent business processes. The new version also offers an advanced and ergonomic manner of handling workflow for business processes and advanced management of system access rights and data visibility. The next step to be taken is the granting of the system access to mobile employees in order to reduce selling and maintenance costs and the improvement of information flow with teleworkers.
