The objective of the conference is to exchange experiences and opinions between representatives of different sectors on Software Process Improvement (SPI). The main idea lying behind organizing the event is to draw enterprises’ attention to SPI issues, to provide guidelines for companies which start implementation and to present real-life examples illustrating great business value of such initiatives within enterprises.
The speakers invited for the conference from companies including Software Engineering Institute, GE Money Bank and Motorola will share their experience and knowledge of the most interesting areas of software process improvement, project management, organization maturity models and software development planning and management.
