Software Mind SA has developed a new version of Software Mind Commission Management System, a flexible IT tool supporting the development of employee motivation management systems.

Software Mind Commission Management System is a modern sophisticated system which automatically calculates and settles commissions based on sales data and commission regulations, and then sends the information to the right people i.e. sales representatives, their supervisors, the accounting department. The solution is dedicated to both internal sales (sales representatives, departments, customer consultants) and external sales networks (partners, brokers, agents).

 

Software Mind Commission Management System is a part of a larger motivation management ecosystem (Enterprise Incentive Management). Therefore, in addition to commission calculation based on clearly defined rules, the system also carries out commission-related management functions and reporting for the purposes of planning, as well and ongoing assessment of effects of such regulations.
