| Cooperation with Lviv universities |

| The Lviv branch of Software Mind has started collaboration with the Lviv Polytechnic National University and Ivan Franco National University of Lviv: two of the most renowned universities in western Ukraine, from which 90% of IT specialists originate. |
This collaboration aims primarily at providing knowledge and financial support for young talents. Software Mind organizes training and practices for students, which will be held in the company seat in Krakow as well as in its foreign branches in France, Great Britain and Ukraine. Within the scope of co-operation Software Mind will carry out a cycle of thematic seminars in the form of lectures given at both universities.
Moreover, the company has organised awards and grants for the best students.
- The aim of our mutual co-operation is to spread knowledge about innovative technologies and up-to-date methods of IT project management. We want to share our knowledge and experience with young people from Lviv universities. We have similar, and successful, collaboration with Polish universities as well, for example with the Krakow Academy of Mining and Metallurgy. During summer holidays about 20 students will be on probation at our company; they will have a chance to expand their skills, if only in the area of quality assurance and various methods, by encountering challenges concerning real commercial projects – said Grzegorz Młynarczyk, the Vice President of Software Mind.
The Lviv branch of Software Mind has been operating since April 2006; its task is to develop solutions offered by the company.
