Designated career path is followed efficiently owing to employee training, among other things. Our internal experts in given subjects provide training for the less experienced colleagues, through two cycles of technical training: PractiseMind and FreshMind (advanced level). The organization of third-party training is assisted by the best training companies on the Polish market. We cover the costs associated with obtaining certificates such as: SUN, MS, Prince.
Operating at Software Mind are knowledge exchange circles, such as Business Architect Club or the recently set up Manager Club. Our employees can also enjoy company-funded English classes and learn from the resources of the corporate book collection.
