Software Mind invites to the Congress ‘INNOVATION MANAGEMENT – Innovation in the company strategy portfolio’, to be held on November 29-30 at the InterContinental hotel in Warsaw.

The dynamics of changes around us is changing business itself, too. A well-established market position and competitive advantage are conditioned by the ability to create and implement improvements as well as adapt new trends and technologies. With rapid technological progress, new opportunities for business are opening now, therefore, the capability of being innovative in every aspect of activity may mean to be or not to be for many companies.
During the congress we will play host to a dozen or so presidents and management board members of the biggest Polish companies in the telecommunications, media & Internet and banking and finance sectors, who will present effective business strategies supporting innovation and the best practices of innovation management and show how to transform innovation into permanent growth and how to use state-of-the-art technologies for this purpose. We will also discuss such issues as the role of the R&D department and the ways of utilizing its potential, the role of managerial staff in supporting innovation, the ways of utilizing customers’ ideas.
