The agreement covers execution of a project consisting of three parts. The works on two of them will be commenced this year: Central Customer Database (based on our CRM system) and Loyalty Portal. The third one is Loyalty System, whose execution is planned for the beginning of 2008. The solution deployed will enable increasing the company’s profits, inter alia, owing to, raised customer loyalty, increased competitive advantage, activating customers to cooperate in off-season periods and in other areas of the company’s operation and building a positive image of a customer-oriented company.
