Quality Lab – a team within the Quality Assurance department – hires experts with many years experience within the IT field. The Lab is responsible for executing quality strategies through defining the rules of software development, instruction, professional training and final product check-up. Moreover, it takes care of continuous improvement of procedures and testing the easiness of their application.
Software Production Process Group (SPP) is a team of consultants and a forum for sharing knowledge on all activities concerning quality and management. The SPP team consists of all Project Managers. The organization ensures that all operations always take into consideration the specifics of SPP activity as well as Customers’ needs.
