The conference organized by the IT Education Supporting Foundation “PROIDEA” will be held in Krakow on October 21, 2006. Bruce Eckel, the author of many publications concerning Java, has been invited as an honorary guest. More than 350 developers who create innovative solutions by means of Java language as well as IT managers will participate in the conference. The meeting will provide an opportunity to get familiar with the most recent achievements in this field and to share opinions and experiences.

Software Mind invites interested persons to a lecture by a Software Mind consultant Jan Mrzyglod, who will talk about the “Methods of integrating the AJAX technology with Web applications based on Java Enterprise Edition platform”.
The issues to be presented in the lecture spring from practical applications of AJAX technology in the execution of innovative web projects, such as a project for Garlik Company, the British customer of Software Mind. The Garlik project is a new idea of the creators of Egg, the first Internet bank in Great Britain and currently the biggest one in the world, i.e. Tom Ilube and Mike Harris. It will be an innovative tool giving its users the control over their data available from various places and databases, including the Internet. This novel solution is based on the most recent achievements in natural language processing, semantic analysis of data and mass distribution processing and it will allow Customers to perform data monitoring and intervening in cases when the data is incorrect or stored in improper places. Software Mind has been participating in the project from the very beginning and executed a large part of the research work. Garlik is planning to enter the British market at the end of this year and to make a debut in new markets in 2007.
