Software Mind has two research centres located in Sophia Antipolis in France (the leading technology park in Europe) and in Krakow, Poland. • Semantic Web has been found one of the key technologies to change the IT world in the coming years. Software Mind together with Garlik Company and Southampton University created the world’s biggest semantic database used for commercial purposes.

• Recommendation System – works conducted by the Customer Management department, the aim of which is to create a prompter helping the sales force to select an adequate offer for a particular Customer.
