Sales Specialist, Reference Number: US/2/2011
Workplace: San Francisco and Fort Worth

Responsibilities:
- Sale of Software Mind’s products and services on US market
- Achieve sales targets set
- Manage trusted relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges
- Work collaboratively with our sales team to grow revenue with new and existing customers
- Constantly evaluate the markets in order to keep and/or expand the potential clients needs
- Communicate internally any significant trend or opportunity in the market to sales, marketing and product development
We expect:
- MA degree
- 4+ years account management experience in IT business to business environment, at least 2 of experience with direct contact with clients
- Proven record of successful process management and relationship development with foreign clients.
- Strong analytical skills regarding technical, contractual and financial issues
- Very good communication skills
- Very good Presentations and Negotiation skills
- Very good knowledge of contractual and financial issues
- Self-starter, self-motivated, and capable of seeking additional selling opportunities
- Drive for result
- Must be able to learn quickly and get the job done in a high visibility
- Fluency in English
