Software Mind SA and the Harvard Business Review Poland would like to invite to the conference titled How to create social network own strategy? The conference will be held on 16 December 2010 at the Marriott Hotel in Warsaw.

The conference will host a special guest, prof. Mikołaj Jan Piskorski, the first Polish professor at Harvard Business School, an expert on the causes and methods of social network use, as well as the possible ways to use social networks for companies to adapt the marketing and sale processes.
Prof. Mikołaj Jan Piskorski will present the following subjects:
- Social networking sites - why do people use them?
- Social technologies - how to use social networking sites?
- Social strategy - Building business and relationship - art workshop.
We would especially like to invite you to lectures delivered by Mr. Konrad Siatki, Senior Vice President, Software Mind SA, titled Social CRM, what it means for business and how to use to gain real value for the company?
During the presentation, the participants will learn:
- What is Social CRM?
- How to use the social networks knowledge to develop and optimize your business?
- How to realize an increase in sales by observing the social network and its individual members’ behaviour?
- How can your company become visible in social networks and make it valuable for the company and its customers?
- What technological tools are worth using in order to effectively implement the Social CRM strategy?
By combining the competence and experience from the CRM and Semantic Web fields of knowledge, Software Mind SA has developed its own Social CRM solutions, which are designed to support customer service based on a knowledgebase consisting of the information from social networks. One of the solutions from the area of Social CRM is Brand Partol, a solution allowing the analysis of the opinions posted on the Internet, related to a specific brand, product, service, company or person. As a result of semantic analysis based on multiple data sources, the system provides comprehensive reports presenting the customers’ feedback on the brand/product/company services and comparing them with the products of the competition. The company also offers dedicated systems, tailored to individual customer needs in the area of the Internet data analysis, e.g.: a system to prevent identity theft and a system to support the management of critical situations.
