These systems provide full customer analysis and additional information recorded during sales process e.g. subsequent interest in different product, customer investment plans.
The most important functionality of the System includes :
- data analysis concerning client and his product. This data is collected from internal systems of the organization,
- utilization of data recorded in Software Mind Sales Support i Software Mind Financial Adviser,
- utilization of effective data from other BI systems i.e. SPSS, Cognos, Bussines Objects,
- defining boundary conditions for events that are occurring on a client and his products (fully utilized credit line, great stockpile of cash on account etc.),
- identifying cross sell opportunities that in accordance to clients’ profile and products,
- marketing or informative campaign process initiation in Software Mind Campaign Management system.
The System is dedicated to departments which analyze sales data of a client or group/segment of clients. Marketing or informative campaigns are generated on the basis of analysis and results. Software Mind Contract & Cross Sell Management is responsible for direct sales network support and the maintenance of the relation between consultant and client.
