The main business objective of the implementation of the Software Mind Intranet Portal solution is to improve communication, exchange of information within an organization and promotion of the culture of knowledge and experience sharing.

The intention was also to improve and support group collaboration through the personalization of content displayed on the intranet considering the organizational divisions, membership in specific groups or communities.
A very important task was to organize the business knowledge within the company (knowledge base) in a wikipedia form, where any employee can edit entries and topics they know.
In addition to the basic functionality of an intranet portal, the solution has other social tools such as: forums, chat, blog. The solution also supports functionally the operation of an internal customer loyalty program through appropriate management of contests, and facilitates the collection of information about user activity in the forum, Wiki, blog, chat.
Software Mind Intranet Portal has been implemented in Bank Zachodni WBK SA - a case study of the solution implementation.
Software Mind Intranet Portal has been entered for the "Best Intranet and internal communication in Poland" competition by Bank Zachodni WBK SA in the category of large companies and won a nomination.
