Functionality of the System includes:
- KPI analysis of sales network (defining compatible with user’s expectations),
- analysis of quality provided and processed by documentation sales network (applications, appendix, agreements, other documents),
- reports of Complaints grouped by employee/division, and generated on the basis of data collected from Software Mind Complaint Management system or different system owned by organization,
- reports from „mystery shopper” researches,
- reports from direct controls.
