The main objective of the project was to develop and implement a long-term business concept of a loyalty program by using the appropriate tools and marketing activities aimed at building and maintaining positive relations with groups of customers.
The agreement included the implementation of a project consisting of three parts: a Central Customer Database (based on our CRM system), an Image Portal and a Loyalty System.
The following business objectives were set for the solution installed: company profit increase, in part due to increased customer satisfaction, increased sales of hotel services as well as products and services offered in the entire network of the Likus group. All of the objectives have been achieved The Loyalty Management system installed also provides an increase in the frequency of visits and duration of individual visits, activates Customers in low-season periods, increases the coefficient of hotel occupancy and helps win new Customers – by increasing the market base and by increasing sales using the intermediaries channel.
