As part of the project, Software Mind SA has delivered a Sales Support System based on its own platform, Software Mind Payment Operations. The aim is to provide Regional Sales Representatives and Regional Sales Directors with access to full information about points of sale, to improve sales processes, to perform an analysis of the points’ quality of service, to support the points maintenance service and to analyse the current and planned revenue from the individual points of sale.

The implemented solution will support the Direct Sales Department in the current quality of service analysis of the points, in carrying out document records, ordering marketing materials, clearance of Regional Sales Representatives, rendering services to key customers, automatic categorization and regionalization of the individual points.
One of the most important tasks for the solution is analysis and decision-making support . The system supports an analysis of the types of a point’s activities planned and executed, an analysis of the current and potential revenue, a profitability analysis of individual POSs, an analysis of customer value.

The companies have been working together since 2003 in areas such as commercial payment support systems.
