The Sales Information System is a solution for comprehensive support, including reporting, for all Telefonia Dialog sales channels, including direct and indirect sales, as well as business customer service. The project, whose implementation began in January 2008, will be completed in April 2009.
In the completed phase of the project, the company carried out a business needs Analysis, which included the implementation of three Software Mind systems and several dozen Telefonia Dialog systems, which will be subject to integration.
As part of the project, Software Mind S.A. will deliver a Sales Support System based on its own Software Mind CRM Telco platform, Analysis CRM, using Business Objects reporting tools and a modern system of on-line customer support (eBOK) based on the Software Mind eCare application. An important stage of the project will also be to integrate Software Mind solutions into the current Telefonia Dialog systems, which will be performed based on SOA architecture, using IBM Web Sphere series products.
