The Iranian Data Processing Company responsible for implementing a range of systems for a national telecommunications operator has begun cooperation with the Quality Lab team of Software Mind. The scope of works includes consultations on project related methods and operating strategies. The aim of the project is to:

• evaluate the approaches applied in current projects,
• provide support in defining templates and processes,
• adjust previously introduced solutions to the specifics of the new project,
• support the project team with organizational knowledge. 

Software Mind has been chosen as a contractor for this project mainly due to its broad experience in project management and quality assurance, knowledge of the field and a possibility of further cooperation between both companies.
