Fortis Bank Polska searched for a solution to support the process of planning sales activities related to the bank’s key accounts, to monitor current work of financial advisors and to plan long-term activities for the bank’s particular organizational units, in combination with a flexible reporting system.
The company selected an original solution offered by Software Mind - Software Mind Sales Support System. Deployment of the solution took three months and it was completed within a fixed time frame.
As the evaluation of the results of the pilot deployment shows, the solution will considerably streamline all the tasks in the area of monitoring and tracking the sales processes executed in the channel of the bank’s sales representatives.
