The objective of this cooperation is first of all factual and financial support for young talents. The company will organize courses and traineeships for the students of these universities. They will be held in the headquarters of Software Mind in Cracow as well as in foreign branches in France, Great Britain and Ukraine. As part of the cooperation a series of thematic seminars will be organized and conducted by the representatives of the company as university lectures. Software Mind has also funded awards and scholarships for the best students.
The mutual cooperation aims at spreading knowledge in the field of innovative technology and modern methodologies of IT project management. We want to share our knowledge and experience with young people from Lviv universities. Such cooperation is also successfully carried out with Polish universities, e.g. AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow. During summer holidays 20 students will be offered training at our company. Having to do with the challenges of real commercial projects, they will have a chance to expand their knowledge in the fields related to quality assurance as well as various types of methodologies – said Grzegorz Młynarczyk, Software Mind Vice President.
Software Mind branch has been operating in Lviv since April 2006 and is responsible for the development of solutions offered by Software Mind.
