On 8 February 2010, the companies signed an agreement concerning the sale and implementation of Software Mind CRM 7.0. The contract value amounts to several hundred thousand PLN. The agreement was preceded by an analysis carried out in 2009, which helped to identify the key business goals of the implementation.
The solution implemented, which will replace the fifth version of Software Mind CRM implemented two years ago, is to increase the efficiency of the company's sales through better management of marketing campaigns. More accurate selection of customers while defining campaigns and greater flexibility in setting their rules will considerably improve campaign effectiveness. Extending the implementation over all Call Centre employees and the ability to collect feedback will allow continuous modifications of campaign, verification of the quality of the products offered, as well as better selection of actions based on historical data.
